As a Mortgage Specialist at RBC, you will provide peace of mind to clients by delivering customized mortgage solutions and expert advice. What will you do?
- Cultivate local business opportunities and acquire new customers by building relationships within the community and your centres of influence.
- Develop a loyal client base through the provision of exceptional mortgage advice and comprehensive financial solutions.
- Successfully achieve personal sales targets, while strategically collaborating with RBC partners to secure external business.
- Proactively offer advice and solutions tailored to clients' individual needs.
- Maintain mobility to ensure accessibility and accommodate clients’ preferences.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally within financial services or real estate.
- A robust professional network within your community, consistently generating referrals, new clients, and increased business volume.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Adeptness at cultivating strong relationships with internal RBC partners.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and proactively seeking solutions.
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience as a mortgage lender.
- Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage origination business and various home financing products.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
