Job Description
Overview
The Manager, Payments Security role at RBC is responsible for executing, aligning, and standardizing assessments, governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives related to regulatory requirements and threat intelligence-led risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory assessments and compliance processes.
- Document and support audits, regulatory reviews and improvement efforts.
- Standardize, centralize, and automate security assessments.
- Coordinate with Global Security, Payments, Tech Infrastructure and Group Risk Management teams.
- Prepare and present assessment reports to stakeholders.
- Lead AI-driven security initiatives and use tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Build strong relationships across business units including 2LOD and 3LOD.
