Overview

RBC offers an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Brand Marketing Communications & Citizenship Supplier Relationships. This role is focused on developing and strengthening relationships between RBC and its suppliers, supporting the Supplier Relationship Managers within Brand, Marketing, Communications & Citizenship (BMCC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supplier relationships throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of BMCC supplier tiers (1-4).
  • Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in mitigating emerging supplier risks with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and other teams.
  • Produce and publish reports to track trends and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits and RFX initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Business Administration degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Supplier Risk/Risk Management and/or Operational Risk.
  • Understanding of RBC structure and strong project management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.
  • Critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and change management experience.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Risk Certification and/or PMP certification.
  • Experience within a Supplier Management Office or Risk Management Department.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management policy and audit requirements.
