About the Role

The International Settlements Analyst at RBC is responsible for settling and processing daily transactions with accuracy and timeliness. The role involves reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and working collaboratively with internal teams to reduce risk and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize ADP (Broadridge) and third party custodian systems.
  • Reconcile account differences and escalate issues to management.
  • Collaborate with business lines and counter-party operations.
  • Provide high levels of customer service and effective communication.
  • Work with trading and settlement systems like BPS/ADP, CITI Velocity, and DTC.

Requirements

Post-secondary education or equivalent with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Must have proficient Windows-based skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
