Overview

The Executive Assistant role at RBC is critical in providing direct support to the Vice President, Distribution Excellence, collaborating with RBC Leadership, senior management teams and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting organization.
  • Coordinate business planning sessions, town halls, team meetings and one-on-ones.
  • Follow up on agenda items and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for VPs and respective teams.
  • Oversee vacation schedules and maintain expense reports in Workday.
  • Provide administrative support for senior management team events and planning.

What You Need to Succeed

You must have over 5 years of experience supporting Executives (Vice President and above), be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday, and possess excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
