Program Leadership & Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from conception to production deployment, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and innovation. Implement agile program management practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and establish clear success metrics.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Build and maintain relationships with business partners and translate technical concepts into business value. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and present program updates to senior leadership.
Team Leadership
Provide strategic direction to a team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while ensuring team alignment with program priorities.
Strategy & Planning
Identify opportunities for AI-driven business transformation, conduct discovery for new AI use cases, and manage program risks while ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategies and governance.
