Overview
RBC is building a new content marketing engine to help advisors, brokers, and business clients in the world of commercial banking and insurance thrive. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is hungry, curious, and ready to dive in, build, and make an impact.
What You Will Do
You will develop high-quality, engaging content that drives business results. This includes thought leadership pieces, toolkits, event assets, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with writers, creators, and vendors to create action-driving content.
- Simplify complex financial and insurance concepts for business audiences.
- Build and shape a new content team with a flexible approach.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Test, measure, and optimize content formats and delivery.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-have 5+ years experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B financial services, insurance, or professional services. You should have a proven track record in crafting strategic, insight-driven content along with excellent writing and editing skills. Experience with sales enablement channels and content marketing automation tools is beneficial. Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
