What You Need to Succeed

Must-have: Goal orientation, digital literacy across devices, flexible work hours, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of financial concepts and willingness to pursue certifications such as the Canadian Securities Course are essential.

Nice-to-have: Experience in building client relationships within financial, service, or retail industries, and Mutual Funds accreditation.
