About the Role

As an RBC Ambassador in our branches, you will put clients first and find solutions to their individual needs. You will champion the RBC brand, support new client acquisition, and deepen existing relationships. This is an opportunity for a future Account Manager or Banking Advisor to build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients in the branch.
  • Deliver outstanding service via transactions and advisory opportunities.
  • Educate and demonstrate digital capabilities to enhance client experience.
  • Identify and resolve banking problems while managing risks and compliance.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners and team members.

Qualifications

Must-have: Goal-orientation, excellent communication, digital literacy, flexible schedule, eagerness to learn, and ability to understand financial concepts. A willingness to obtain relevant Canadian financial certifications is required.

Nice-to-have: Experience in building client relationships in financial, service, or retail industries and Mutual Funds accreditation.
