As a Business Analyst at RBC, you will play a crucial role in shaping system solutions that align with our business strategies, particularly within the Wealth Management platform. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with impacted or influencing stakeholder groups, clearly defining their requirements, and developing comprehensive plans for completion. Continuous improvement of requirement estimates and effective communication of risks, assumptions, and constraints to all relevant parties are key aspects of this role.
You will define the business analysis approach, including tasks and deliverables, based on the project and delivery methodology, with a strong emphasis on Agile principles. A significant part of your role involves leading requirements prioritization through various techniques to clearly articulate business priorities. You will facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholder groups, employing advanced elicitation techniques to drive robust requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
Furthermore, you will analyze and evaluate user needs to create system solutions that directly support RBC's business strategies, defining project scope and objectives. Documenting precise business requirements and actively participating in risk mitigation planning, in collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team, will be essential to ensure viable and consistent solutions.
