About the role
What is the opportunity?
You will work in RBC BlueBay, an arm of RBC Global Asset Management and help to shape how we adopt Generative AI across the business. You will empower colleagues to get the most from our in-house AI platform, help embed AI within teams, deliver engaging training and collaborate with counterparts in other regions to ensure consistent AI enablement globally. You will also engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate that's passionate about AI and eager to build a career in financial services.
What will you do?
- Provide first-line support to users working with our in-house Generative AI tools.
- Partner with teams to develop tailored AI adoption strategies aligned with their objectives.
- Design and deliver workshops on new AI features within our internal platform.
- Support the implementation of AI agents to enhance team productivity and workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI tool usage, best practices, and use cases across departments.
- Collect and analyse user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional AI enablement colleagues to share insights and align approaches.
What do you need to succeed - Must have?
- Experience utilising Generative AI to succeed in academic or professional projects.
- Graduate with a strong foundation in AI technology and its practical applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, skills and MCPs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable interest in the finance sector.
What do you need to succeed - Good to have?
- Previous customer-facing, training, or support role experience.
- Familiarity with asset management or financial services.
- Experience creating training materials or documentation.
