Overview
As a Product Analyst, Data & AI at RBC Insurance, you will join a growing team of product professionals dedicated to building high-quality, scalable, and meaningful Data and AI solutions. You will support product managers by capturing and organizing key information from product sessions, maintaining dashboards and reports, and managing documentation and tools for team alignment.
Role Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery interviews, workshops, and agile sessions.
- Document sessions in Confluence using team templates.
- Track and analyze user feedback and product outcomes.
- Build and maintain internal dashboards, reports, and status updates.
- Support leadership communications by summarizing Data and AI updates.
- Keep the team’s shared knowledge platform organized and current.
- Collaborate with product managers to refine documentation and internal standards.
What You Need To Succeed
Must have: Under 2 years of relevant experience; strong organizational skills; clear and structured writing; data-driven mindset; ability to work in ambiguity; interest in system-thinking; curiosity and willingness to learn.
Nice to have: Interest in product discovery and user research; familiarity with Confluence and Jira; exposure to SQL, analytics platforms, and dashboard building tools.

Location & Additional Details
This position is located in Mississauga, Canada at MEADOWVALE BUSINESS PARK, 6880 FINANCIAL DR. It is a full-time, regular, salaried role with a work week of 37.5 hours.
