Job Overview

In the role of Executive Assistant at Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Investments Officer, Insurance, and the Chief Digital, Data and Strategy Officer, Insurance. You will ensure seamless coordination and communication across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate resources.
  • Organize video and in-person meetings and business planning sessions.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle expense reports.
  • Coordinate office requirements and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Assist with events, off-sites planning, and special projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in executive administration or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in Mississauga and Downtown Toronto.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the Insurance Industry is an advantage.
