Job Description

Opportunity

The Executive Assistant will support and coordinate day-to-day operations and administration for RBC Dominion Securities. This role provides essential support to the Investment Advisor and the product and strategy team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the Investment Advisor's calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle calendar invitations, pre-reads, and Operating Committee meeting preparations.
  • Coordinate team meetings, offsite events, and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate with various business functions for seamless meeting execution.
  • Assist with Wealth Management Online setup, client walkthroughs, and expense submissions.

Requirements

Must-have: Excellent English communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Strong organizational abilities; Ability to work independently under tight deadlines; Effective team collaboration with leadership.

Nice-to-have: Experience in the financial services industry.

Location & Additional Details

Location: 170 BLOOR ST W, Toronto, Canada. Full time position with a 37.5 hours/week schedule. Salary is determined by experience and performance with an expected range between $40,000 and $60,000.
