About the Role

RB PHARMA is developing Wixmed, an innovative digital platform set to transform how healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical distributors interact to manage non-commercialized or out-of-stock medications. As a UX/UI Designer – Plataforma Wixmed, you will combine aesthetics with functionality to create intuitive, effective, and user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and design systems that align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the full stack development team and product owner to ensure smooth design-to-implementation transition.
  • Conduct usability tests and collect feedback to optimize user experience.
  • Maintain visual and navigational consistency across the digital ecosystem.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field and has at least 2 years of proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products (SaaS, B2B platforms, or e-commerce). Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools is essential. Additional skills in design systems, prototyping, and accessibility principles are required. Knowledge in front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Flutter) is a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset are key.
