The Role

The Associate Manager Business Operations role focuses on analytical and operational excellence to drive business outcomes. This position requires strong analytical and sales operations skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization and Strategic Leadership: Analyze and improve existing processes and workflows, implement automation, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Performance Measurement and Project Management: Define and monitor KPIs, generate MIS reports, manage partner contracts, billing, commission management, and cross-functional projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams, and create high level reports and actionable insights.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data-driven analysis tools such as Tableau, Jira, or OKR platforms.
  • Industry experience in the B2B sector; Fintech or SaaS exposure is a plus.
