Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end merchant queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Report merchant experience issues and ensure feedback is forwarded.
  • Meet SLAs on Tickets and Chats per defined OKRs.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to resolve product issues.
  • Work with Financial Operations on payout updates and redundancies.
  • Collaborate with other verticals to close pending merchant issues.
