Job Description

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of Social Media & Influence, the Social Media Lead designs content strategies aligned with brand objectives and platform specificities. They formulate well-informed recommendations adapted to each platform and supervise the orchestration and implementation of strategies and campaigns, in close collaboration with the Social Media, Creation, and Strategy & Performance teams.

  • Multi-brand editorial strategy: defines and manages the social media strategy for an ecosystem of several premium Entertainment brands, orchestrates editorial pressure according to business priorities, builds multi-platform launch plans, ensures overall consistency while respecting the uniqueness of each universe.
  • Editorial production (central role): designs and produces social-first content (Reels, Tiktok, memes, POV, carousels, threads…), writes strong, embodied captions adapted to each platform, actively participates in the creation of recurring formats.
  • Multi-account orchestration: builds and manages editorial calendars across multiple brands, with the support of Community Managers, ensures consistency of communication.
  • Strategic Community Management: defines proactive CM approaches, intervenes in key conversations, establishes a common and demanding tone.
  • Ensures performance analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and the implementation of corrective actions to optimize results.
  • Client relations: strategic point of contact for social media, alignment on editorial topics, presentation of editorial recommendations with CMs, defends editorial and creative choices, argues volume arbitration.
  • Manages several Community Managers: challenges their ideas, produces with them, provides concrete feedback on writing and formats, intervenes on sensitive communications.
  • Development and vision: identifies innovative activation opportunities, is proactive in the evolution of the digital ecosystem, actively monitors Entertainment trends, establishes a demanding social culture connected to fandoms.

This role is not solely managerial. You are also involved in daily production.

Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • You hold a Master's degree in communication/business school/CELSA or equivalent.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in social media, within a communication agency, media, or client-side.
  • You have a good knowledge of the Entertainment sector.
  • You have expertise in integrating social media strategy into global communication plans, formulating detailed recommendations that maximize impact and engagement through global and multi-platform strategies for specific brands and actions.
  • You are capable of working autonomously and are proactive.
  • You enjoy advising your clients and growing their brands.
  • You are creative, reactive, and enjoy teamwork.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
