Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Applied AI Intern to support designing, experimenting, and evaluating AI solutions, with direct exposure to AI-powered gaming and platform use cases.

This role is ideal for candidates with a Machine Learning, Analytics, or Computer Science background who enjoy experimentation, critical thinking, and translating research ideas into real-world product decisions. You will work closely with applied AI engineers, software engineers, and product managers to evaluate AI approaches, explore technical trade-offs, and help evolve early prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Beyond model evaluation, you will gain hands-on exposure to product discovery, technical research, and benchmarking workflows that inform how AI capabilities are selected, built, and deployed in real products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support offline evaluation and benchmarking of AI/ML models using curated datasets
• Implement and run experimentation workflows to compute metrics, perform error analysis and edge-case investigation, and summarize findings into actionable insights
• Contribute to the development of reusable evaluation tools, benchmarking utilities and microservices that support product buildout
• Support product feature documentation by evaluating AI outputs, limitations, and quality from product perspective
• Conduct market and technical research on emerging AI, GenAI, and agentic AI tools to identify potential opportunities for adoption

Requirements

• Understanding of core AI/ML concepts such as evaluation metrics and experimental design
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
• Curiosity, structured thinking, and willingness to question assumptions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure, agile environment, with a strong will to learn via feedback
• Strong in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in backend application development using NodeJS or FastAPI is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies and knowledge of container services like Docker or Kubernetes
