Digital Technology Partner for International Raytheon Sites

This position is to join the Operations and Transformation team, which sits within the office of the International CIO. A successful candidate will join the team as a Digital Technology Partner for International Raytheon Sites. The candidate will play a key role in supporting international programs and executing Digital initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Digital and international Raytheon sites for tactical execution of Digital initiatives.
- Work across Raytheon and RTX (Corporate) Digital teams to execute business priorities.
- Support international programs by contributing to Digital transformation roadmaps and providing tactical inputs to long-range plans.
- Conduct market analysis and support Digital solution implementation.
- Monitor and oversee financial execution against targets in the Annual Operating Plan.
- Address challenges to domestic and international collaboration (e.g., country rules and regulations) by identifying and recommending potential solutions.
- Manage change and communications with the business to ensure the successful implementation of Digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various time zones, with some flexibility in working hours. PLEASE NOTE - this role's work hours must begin by 8:30 AM EASTERN US TIME regardless of your remote US location. Due to the nature of the position and the business partners locations abroad, this will be required and details will be established with manager.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Information Technology business management relationship experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience summarizing and translating data into executive-level presentations.
- Experience collaborating, influencing, and presenting to various levels of stakeholders.
- Global Experience: Experience working with international or global entities or individuals, especially in the role of an IT business relationship manager.
- Familiarity with country-specific rules and regulations to address potential challenges in domestic and international collaboration.
- Experience supporting the development and execution of Digital transformation roadmaps.
- Proficiency in financial management, project management, service management, and/or product management.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
