The Temporary Data Entry Specialist at Rasmussen University is responsible for reviewing student financial aid forms and entering data to comply with federal verification requirements. This short-term assignment lasts 2 weeks, is full-time (40 hours per week) and fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Review student verification documents and input data accurately.
- Communicate issues to the Senior Director, Student Financial Aid – Systems and Quality Assurance.
- Maintain and organize records securely for easy access.
- Comply with federal verification rules and regulations.
- Manage high volume data entry tasks and meet deadlines.
- Represent the University effectively in communications with various stakeholders.
- Support Rasmussen University’s mission and values with professional engagement.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
Applicants must have a high school diploma with 1-3 years of data entry experience or equivalent. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organization and communication skills, and a high level of professionalism are required. General knowledge of the higher education industry is a plus.
