About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer who will be the Rasa expert collaborating with Enterprise customers to accelerate their adoption of Rasa’s solutions. Reporting to the Director, Customer Success Engineering, you will provide technical guidance, strategic advice, and proactive support throughout customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Provide technical guidance and strategic advice for AI assistant optimization.
  • Support customers with issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
  • Offer proactive consultative advice for optimal Rasa deployments.
  • Communicate customer insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Participate in internal training and education sessions.

Resident AI Engineer Missions

Opportunity to evolve from a Customer Success Engineer to a Resident AI Engineer. RAIs provide hands-on technical implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting by embedding with customer teams or supporting multiple clients.

About You

  • Deep technical expertise in Rasa or similar conversational AI/NLP technologies.
  • Experience working with key customer leadership teams.
  • Proficiency in Python or Full Stack development with cloud experience; DevOps and Kubernetes familiarity is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Nice to have: Experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions.
