Job Summary

Rapid Systemz is seeking a Planner – Group Managed Services responsible for the optimal allocation of technical resources to meet mission requirements. This role is crucial for maximizing customer satisfaction, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Resource Management

  • Allocate technical resources strategically based on individual expertise, project duration, and specific intervention requirements.
  • Prepare and meticulously manage schedules for technical teams, ensuring efficient deployment.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal procedures and established operating standards.
  • Monitor the allocation of all resource types, including internal staff, subcontractors, and temporary personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry within planning systems.
  • Monitor mission workload and actively contribute to the financial health and P&L compliance of contracts.

Client Satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal departments and external clients seeking services.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks rigorously according to contractual service guarantees to uphold commitments.
  • Schedule appointments effectively via both phone and email communication.
  • Confirm all planning details with technicians, requesters, and end customers to avoid discrepancies.

Logistics Coordination

  • Analyze diverse shipping requirements, considering options like delivery, courier services, and standard shipping.
  • Manage the removal of equipment using established management tools and processes.

QHSE Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to all Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development procedures.
  • Report any QHSE-related issues or incidents promptly to management.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills for a Planner – Group Managed Services

  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities are essential.
  • Good analytical and robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
  • High adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in various planning tools and systems.
  • Good level of French (mandatory for this role).
