Managed Services Planner at Rapid Systemz
Rapid Systemz is seeking a dedicated Managed Services Planner to optimize the allocation of technical resources, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and strict SLA compliance. This pivotal role involves intricate resource management, direct client interaction, and crucial logistics coordination, all while adhering to the highest QHSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Management
- Allocate technical resources based on individual expertise, duration requirements, and specific intervention needs.
- Prepare and diligently manage schedules for various technical teams.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal procedures and operating standards.
- Monitor resource allocation across internal teams, subcontractors, and temporary staff.
- Maintain precise and accurate data entry within planning systems.
- Monitor mission workload and actively contribute to contract P&L compliance.
Client Satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external applicants.
- Efficiently handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary to appropriate channels.
- Coordinate seamlessly with relevant internal departments to resolve issues.
- Prioritize tasks rigorously according to established contractual service guarantees.
- Schedule appointments effectively via phone and email communications.
- Confirm planning details with technicians, requesters, and end customers.
Logistics Coordination
- Analyze various shipping requirements, including delivery, courier services, and standard shipping.
- Manage equipment removal processes using designated management tools.
QHSE Compliance
- Adhere strictly to Quality, Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development procedures.
- Promptly report any QHSE issues to management for resolution.
- Actively suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
