About Mutua de Propietarios
Mutua de Propietarios, with its headquarters in Barcelona, is seeking a Compliance Lawyer and Data Protection Officer (DPO) through Randstad Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Data Protection Management: Handle requests for exercising rights (ARSLOP), draft privacy clauses, establish criteria for data blocking and deletion periods, and provide advice.
- Contractual Review: Legally review and/or draft data protection and compliance addendums or clauses for contracts.
- Policy Development: Draft compliance programs covering both regulatory and data protection aspects.
- Audit Support: Assist in closing recommendations from internal and external audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Respond to requirements from the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and other relevant authorities (DGSR).
- Website Legal Notices: Draft and review legal notices for company websites.
- Training: Deliver training and presentations on legal updates.
Requirements
- Education: Law Degree (Grado en Derecho).
- Licensure: Must be a registered lawyer (Colegiado).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance and data protection roles.
- Additional Training: Complementary education in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Data Protection, and Insurance Law.
