Job Description

Technology & Cyber Risk Reporting Lead at Randstad Digital Americas

As the Technology & Cyber Risk Reporting Lead, you will report to the Risk Reporting Senior Manager for the Enterprise Protect Risk Factory. You will be part of a high-performing team of Technology and Risk professionals, leveraging your Business Intelligence expertise. This role is crucial for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of metrics, providing valuable data analytics insight, and offering metrics expertise to risk reporting stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and provide leadership, tactical/technical direction, and planning input for all business-relevant information pertaining to technology and cyber risk.
  • Collaborate with business leads to gather information requirements and translate them into easily understandable formats for Business Intelligence Specialists.
  • Lead reporting enhancement workshops, utilizing Business Intelligence and Reporting expertise to define and design high-quality metrics and best-in-class reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and communications to management and broader audiences.
  • Engage Enterprise Protect stakeholders and data providers, validating the quality and integrity of data and metrics results end-to-end.
  • Support change awareness activities, provide expertise on KRI design, develop materials, and assist with ongoing data analysis requests.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all data sources and data lineage for reporting data mart(s), understanding their utilization for reporting.
  • Drive improvements to Risk Reporting Factory processes, implementing solutions that mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the business risk reporting team lead in ED&A's data governance processes, identifying and escalating data issues, engaging data stewards, and driving remediation at books of record.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Sound knowledge of one or more technology controls or security domains, such as Vulnerability Management, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Asset Currency (End of Life/Support), or Cyber Threat Management.
  • Preferred knowledge of financial industry's technology controls and security risk issues.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively, delivering quality results and meeting timelines with limited management guidance.
  • 7+ years' experience in database technologies within a large organization, ideally in Financial Services with high transaction volume and a complex matrix environment, specifically with Technology and Cyber-security risk metrics and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating at all organizational levels, with strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with technology tools including MS Office, databases (SQL), and reporting tools.

Soft Skills & Project Management

  • Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Proven capability to participate in complex, comprehensive, or large projects and initiatives.
  • Business/technology experience with a track record of collaborating effectively in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments.

Additional Information

This is a contract position with a work arrangement of Telecommute. The standard work hours are 8 am to 5 pm. An undergraduate degree is required. The hourly salary range is $72 - $82.
