About The Role

An opportunity is available for an Administrative Officer to support the Company Fleet Services team. This role is based on-site in Huntingwood and works closely with a small, experienced team managing corporate vehicles across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company fleet administration
  • Coordinate vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing
  • Respond to driver queries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Support BAU (business as usual) fleet operations

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • High level of data entry accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Confident navigating spreadsheets including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (desirable)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator comfortable asking questions and calling out issues
