About The Role
An opportunity is available for an Administrative Officer to support the Company Fleet Services team. This role is based on-site in Huntingwood and works closely with a small, experienced team managing corporate vehicles across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company fleet administration
- Coordinate vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing
- Respond to driver queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Support BAU (business as usual) fleet operations
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Confident navigating spreadsheets including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator comfortable asking questions and calling out issues
