About The Role
The Administration Officer will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email and in person. This role involves answering telephone calls, making appointments, providing results for referring doctors, and maintaining accurate appointment diaries. The officer will act as a central point of reference for patients, relatives, Local Health Network staff, general practitioners, medical specialists, and members of the public to ensure smooth unit operations.
Key responsibilities include preparing routine verbal and written documents and reports for signature, coordinating all appointments for the unit, and updating records as required.
About You
You are a highly capable and adaptable professional with outstanding communication skills, demonstrated experience in a State government administrative role, and essential knowledge of Sunrise EMR. A current satisfactory police clearance is required and you must be ready to start immediately.
