Overview

Ramsey Solutions, home of the RamseyTrusted team, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to provide dedicated support to our real estate agents in Franklin, TN. You will help maintain high client retention while enforcing Ramsey's principles.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead monthly group coaching calls via virtual channels.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through Zoom, phone, and email.
  • Maintain detailed notes and manage accounts in Salesforce CRM.
  • Foster accountability with clients and identify growth opportunities.

Who You Are

You are experienced (2+ years in sales or client management), proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM, and are passionate about Ramsey Solutions' mission to change the toxic money culture.
