Your role will involve leading business analysis for critical cyber initiatives, encompassing the development of comprehensive business cases, thorough validation of requirements, conducting in-depth gap analyses, and modelling future-state solutions. Close collaboration with Project Managers and various stakeholders is paramount to accurately capture requirements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing business operations.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in cyber security transformations.
  • Skill in translating cyber security strategy into a deliverable set of technical capabilities, services, and solutions.
  • Capability to analyze current and future state technical operations, identifying and addressing gaps between the current state and strategic goals.
  • Competence in vendor management, including interactions with hardware and software providers and consultants; RFP exposure is a beneficial plus.
  • Assistance in developing operational support documentation for project transition to business-as-usual.
  • Adeptness at presenting solutions clearly and concisely to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare estimates and statements of work, ensuring delivery meets business objectives and timelines.
  • Partnership with enterprise architecture to establish and continuously enhance security architecture.
  • Provision of support to security teams in planning, deployment, and execution of security business plans.
  • Experience working within an Agile/sprint framework, including understanding its methodology, ceremonies, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to excel both in collaborative team environments and while working autonomously.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with electronic medical records, patient portals, health applications, medical platforms, and systems integration.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare sector and working with confidential health data.
