About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager Cards & Billing, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s card issuing and billing platforms. You will lead a core team of engineers and designers to build exceptional products that solve key customer and business problems while streamlining finance operations.
What You’ll Do
- Match customer insights with business goals to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and overall experience.
- Expand product capabilities for thousands of finance teams.
- Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate and improve offerings.
- Influence product management processes as Ramp scales.
- Prototype rapidly using tools like Cursor, Bolt, and design tools like Figma and Git.
- Stay plugged into AI research and industry trends for creative applications.
What You Need
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking skills.
- Fluency in data and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to lead small teams of engineers and designers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI with hands-on experience and continuous learning.
- Experience with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Bolt, and collaboration platforms like Figma and Git.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Background in building payments products or regulated market products.
- Experience with products leveraging significant AI components, including LLMs.
