About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager Cards & Billing, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s card issuing and billing platforms. You will lead a core team of engineers and designers to build exceptional products that solve key customer and business problems while streamlining finance operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Match customer insights with business goals to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and overall experience.
  • Expand product capabilities for thousands of finance teams.
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate and improve offerings.
  • Influence product management processes as Ramp scales.
  • Prototype rapidly using tools like Cursor, Bolt, and design tools like Figma and Git.
  • Stay plugged into AI research and industry trends for creative applications.

What You Need

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
  • Strong customer empathy and design thinking skills.
  • Fluency in data and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to lead small teams of engineers and designers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for AI with hands-on experience and continuous learning.
  • Experience with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Bolt, and collaboration platforms like Figma and Git.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
  • Background in building payments products or regulated market products.
  • Experience with products leveraging significant AI components, including LLMs.
