About The Role
As a Senior Manager, Partner Consulting at Ramp, you will lead a growing team responsible for driving strategic partner programs. This role spans partner-led implementations, technical integrations, and pre- and post-sales enablement, requiring you to shape the function, define scalable processes, and ensure world-class support for partners and enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Partner Consulting organization aligned with growth goals and AI-led initiatives.
- Collaborate across Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and external Partners to advocate product and integration development.
- Help partners build service packages tailored for Ramp customers, identifying advisory and managed service opportunities.
- Establish operating cadences, KPIs, and resourcing models to measure the impact of partner consulting.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on technical excellence and measurable business outcomes.
What You Need
- 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or channel-focused leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling partner or professional services programs in SaaS or fintech environments.
- Strong ability to design and execute scalable partner enablement and implementation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives and external partners.
- Data-driven strategic thinker comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS or automation tools related to professional services.
- Understanding of financial workflows, ERP systems, and accounting integrations.
- Prior experience with large global consulting firms.
