About the Role
Ramp is seeking a self-motivated Sales Development Representative Inbound to join our world-class sales team. In this high call volume, high impact role, you will engage prospects who have already expressed interest through various channels, qualify leads rapidly using consultative discovery, and partner with Account Executives to drive deal expansion.
- Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads via phone, email, and video.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect pain points and intent.
- Use BANT and ICP criteria for assessing deal quality.
- Multi-thread into high-value inbound accounts by identifying additional stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed pipeline data in Salesforce and refine techniques.
What You Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, inbound-heavy environment.
- Curiosity and quick understanding of complex business challenges.
- Excellent time management and priority setting skills.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
Nice to Haves
- Previous SDR or sales experience in high-volume environments.
- Experience with qualifying leads and managing high call volumes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
