About the Role
Ramp is seeking a fast-moving, ideas-driven contractor to create high-performing image and video assets for paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. As a Paid Ads Creative Designer, you will blend design expertise with a B2B marketer’s insight to translate complex value propositions into engaging visual content.
What We’re Looking For
- Produce 2–3 high-quality ad creatives per week in static, GIF, and short-form video formats
- Brainstorm creative concepts to reach our ideal customer profile
- Adapt creative ideas across multiple platforms and aspect ratios
- Maintain a polished, modern, on-brand visual style
- Incorporate performance data and feedback into creative iterations
Your Role
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team on creative strategy
- Design and edit video and static assets for various platforms
- Maintain consistent brand voice and style
- Proactively share fresh creative ideas inspired by trends and competitor analysis
Goals
- Deliver 2–3 new ad creatives weekly
- Support ongoing creative testing with rapid iterations
- Improve click-through and conversion rates with impactful creative
Who You Are
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- Comfortable editing short-form video using Premiere, After Effects, or similar
- Familiar with paid social ad creative best practices
- Capable of simplifying complex B2B offerings into compelling visuals
- Organized, responsive, and able to meet fast turnaround timelines
