About the Role
The Head of Content role at Ramp is about building a media brand that stands out. You will turn our assets—including advanced technology, an engaged community, and expert insights—into a cohesive content engine that entertains, informs, and influences opinions at the intersection of technology and finance.
What You'll Do
- Define Ramp's unmistakable voice and editorial standards.
- Create innovative, repeatable media formats such as series and explainers.
- Design strategies to grow audience reach and engagement.
- Leverage AI to enhance content production without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with executives and product leaders to craft unique viewpoints.
- Experiment with new channels and content formats to drive conversion.
- Manage a small, high-impact team while staying hands-on.
What You Need
- Proven experience in creating high-quality content across formats.
- Strong editorial judgment with an understanding of modern media patterns.
- Vision on how AI changes content creation and distribution.
- Track record of building content strategies that impact brand and business outcomes.
- Interest or experience in fintech.
