About The Role
As an Account Manager at Ramp, you will set the bar for operational excellence in our Sales organization by building strategies that expand high-value mid-market accounts. You will cultivate deep, multi-threaded relationships with C-Level executives and key decision makers while driving retention, adoption, expansion, and growth across Ramp’s platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with mid-market customers.
- Develop deep, multi-threaded connections with decision makers.
- Drive growth by focusing on retention, adoption and expansion.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
What You Need
- Minimum 4 years of new business sales or account management experience.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Familiarity with basic sales tools and common metrics.
- High adaptability within a fast-evolving startup environment.
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience in financial services sales or high-growth startups.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, or other productivity tools.
