Your New Role and Team
As our new Associate Electrical Engineer, you will support work winning activities with technical strategies, market leading expertise, and mentoring of a team of Building Services Engineers. You will work as part of a small leadership team responsible for strategic direction and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support an established team of Building Services Engineers
- Ensure quality in design and provide technical mentoring locally and nationally
- Drive quality projects profitably and satisfy client requirements
- Develop business in the local market and prepare fee proposals
- Liaise with UK teams to optimise technical direction and digital tools usage
- Manage technical risks and negotiate scopes of service
About You
You are a Chartered Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. You have project delivery experience with an electrical bias, a passion for digital design innovation, and a strong understanding of sustainable/net zero carbon design. Excellent client interaction skills and the ability to support multidisciplinary teams are essential.
