Ralph Lauren is a global leader in premium lifestyle products with a rich heritage of over 50 years. The Visual Merchandising Assistant Digital Commerce EMEA LATAM supports the visual merchandising senior team to ensure that online flagship standards are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support the visual merchandising plan.
  • Monitor online product displays ensuring 98% PDP live status.
  • Conduct daily site checks and merchandising improvements.
  • Collaborate with product catalogue and report ad-hoc requests.
  • Analyze top sellers and stock levels and feedback to buying and planning teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ full strategic cycle experience (internship acceptable).
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot & Vlookup) for large data sets.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of web tools such as Salesforce Excel, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data driven.
  • Team oriented with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
