Ralph Lauren Corporation is a global leader in premium lifestyle products, with a distinctive brand portfolio and a commitment to inclusion. As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will lead the management and reporting of Marketing & Creative expenses across all EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leads to develop forecasts aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support the month-end close, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Advise on accounting treatment and P&L recognition for marketing expenditures.
  • Manage Marketing teams’ PO and Budget Trackers for accurate cost tracking.
  • Conduct monthly expense reviews and deliver actionable insights.
  • Drive process improvements and build strong business partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Relevant post-qualified experience, multinational retail background preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with high Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in managing complex expense structures and advising on accounting treatments.
