Role Overview - Brand Manager

This role is the primary point of contact for all Ralph Lauren family of businesses. The focus is on driving sales, maintaining standards, building account relationships, and providing training to in-store teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Acumen/Communication: Understand business volume, trends and best sellers. Share bi-weekly sales recaps and collaborate with store management, sales, and planning teams.
  • In-Store Presentation: Conduct weekly assessments across business areas, ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines, manage inventory and markdowns.
  • Coaching / Training: Deliver product and selling seminars, model effective selling techniques and foster a professional selling team culture.
