Regional Sales Manager
Ralliant is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing a successful representative network in the assigned geographic area. This role requires selecting, training, and supervising representatives, coordinating and attending key industry trade shows, seminars, and conferences, and verifying correct equipment offers for customers based on location-specific requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate 3-5 years of outside sales experience in high voltage equipment with a strong background working with or managing manufacturer's representative firms. They will also have deep knowledge of the electric utility & generation industry; design and maintenance of generator / motor windings; as well as training and experience in safety requirements for working with high voltage apparatus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing a representative network
- Representing company products at industry events
- Coordinating with the company for equipment verification
- Delivering technical presentations using MS Power Point
- Utilizing common business software (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Working independently and traveling extensively
The candidate must hold a BSEE (Electrical Engineering) or BSME (Mechanical Engineering) degree, possess strong oral and written communication skills in both their native language and English, and be ready to participate in training classes in Canada (up to 30 consecutive days, 2-3 times in the first year).
