The Role

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will own and scale the SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page areas. In this hands-on and strategic role, you will set direction, execute high-impact projects and mentor junior SEOs while collaborating with product, engineering, content, and design teams.

  • Lead SEO strategy development and roadmap creation.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits, migrations, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Drive content visibility with keyword strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Implement high-quality link acquisition and digital PR initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and report actionable performance insights.

Success in the role means delivering a clear prioritized strategy, achieving measurable improvements in technical health and content performance, and building sustainable off-page authority while mentoring your team.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven hands-on SEO experience.
  • Strong record in technical SEO, site migrations, and international SEO.
  • Experience with SEO tools like GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming SEO.
  • Familiarity with analytics/BI tools such as Looker Studio and BigQuery.
  • Experience in digital PR or managing external agencies.
