Your Role at Raising Cane’s
The Operations Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in executing restaurant operations to uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. You will manage shift operations, cash handling, policies enforcement, crewmember deployment, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute restaurant operations functions
- Act as manager on duty and open/close restaurant
- Manage cash handling and accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
- Conduct shift management meetings
- Deploy crewmembers and provide customer service
- Authorize employee functions requiring management approval
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and facility upkeep
- Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
To excel as an Operations Manager at Raising Cane’s, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple shifting priorities. Must be self-driven, energetic, and possess strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems is required. A minimum of 3 years’ restaurant or retail management experience is essential, with new restaurant opening experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is favored.
Working Conditions
This role involves extended periods of physical exertion in a fast-paced kitchen environment, both indoors and outdoors, including varied temperatures and the use of personal protective equipment.
