Job Overview
The Operations Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in achieving operational excellence while upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and engaging directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute restaurant operations functions
- Act as manager on duty: open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
- Conduct shift management, deploy crewmembers, and document outcomes
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure cleanliness and proper working order of the restaurant
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and flexible. Must have 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and be capable of working varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. New restaurant opening experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must be 18 years or older.
