Role Overview
The Operations Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in achieving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture at the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute restaurant operations functions efficiently.
- Act as manager on duty, including opening and closing.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
- Enforce company policies and standards.
- Conduct shift management meeting operations and safety protocols.
- Deploy crewmembers during shifts and provide customer service.
- Utilize tools, forms, and logs for proper documentation.
- Authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and proper facility condition.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- New restaurant opening experience is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Completion of all required Raising Cane’s training programs.
