About the Manager, Government Relations Role

Raise Workforce, partnering with AccertaClaim Servicorp Inc, is seeking a Manager, Government Relations to support government relations, project management, communications, and issues management. This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid work model with both remote and in-office days at a downtown Toronto location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and manage Accerta’s corporate brand and partnerships.
  • Serve as the key contact with the Ontario government, promoting Accerta’s offerings.
  • Oversee project and account management including performance monitoring.
  • Manage external reporting for provincial contracts and client account maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and gather data for briefing materials.
  • Work cross-functionally to support Accerta’s growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of government experience, especially in Ontario.
  • Experience with social services or dental benefit sectors is an asset.
  • Proven project management, customer service, and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including CRM).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
