About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales representative who thrives on the road and lives for sales. Do you want to take the next step in your sales career and become part of Valokuitunen's top sales team?
In this Field Sales Representative role, you will be constantly on the move: the work takes place 100% in the field across Finland. Your place of residence can be anywhere in Finland. There are 21 working days per month, and you can determine how you schedule your workdays and days off. Trips typically last 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on the distance and travel time of the region. Sales areas vary, so every day brings new encounters and opportunities. This position requires a solid sales background, as the sales areas are already mapped out regions where the company's top sales team, the Task Force, is sent to scout sales opportunities and finalize sales processes.
Since the work consists of mobile field sales, continuous travel readiness is a prerequisite for the job. The work requires an independent and responsible approach: arranging accommodation and traveling to destinations is done independently, among other things.
