About the role
Data Analyst, Retail Risk Management
Join us as a motivated and driven Retail Risk Data Analyst to design and implement solutions supporting credit risk governance with the focus on technology, data, and process improvement. You will oversee data delivery process from the Network Banks, ensuring data quality and integrity, perform credit risk analytics, develop and produce risk reports, and propose innovative analytical tools to support risk and business decisions.
Your mission at RBI:
- Develop and implement data solutions to support Retail Risk reporting and analytical needs.
- Manage the design and delivery of data reporting systems and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Network Banks and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Oversee data governance, quality, and integrity within the reporting system(s).
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in data management and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on data-related issues and initiatives.
Your core competencies:
- Degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in the Banking industry, particularly in credit risk, is considered advantageous.
- Experience working with data, including data analysis, data management, or data-driven problem solving.
- Programming skills in SQL and practical experience using Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting and visualization.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive mindset and willingness to go an extra mile to deliver results.
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) and collaboration skills.
