Signal Processing Engineer

About the Signal Processing Engineer Role

This position involves research and development of end-to-end algorithms for RF systems including radar, GNSS, Signal Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare. You will develop algorithms in the areas of signal processing, detection, parameter estimation, tracking, association, classification and more. The approach is based on a deep physical understanding of the problem by combining classical algorithms with ML and DL techniques.

Responsibilities

Participation in all project phases from idea inception through operational system development. Responsibilities include simulation, high level design, detailed design and implementation, integration and testing, as well as experimental validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Biomedical Engineering with a focus on signal processing.
• At least 3 years experience in signal processing and algorithm development in one or more of the following areas: parameter estimation, tracking, optimization, calibration, communications.
• A Master or PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, a systematic view, and high level of physical understanding.
