Job Overview
This is a casual/temporary position until approximately 10/31/2026. PeopleSoft HCM experience is required for this role. The HR Systems Analyst serves as a technical liaison and daily support for HR end-users.
Role Responsibilities
As a PeopleSoft Administrator and Super User, you will:
- Collaborate with HR and IT on critical initiatives and system improvements.
- Provide day-to-day support and training to HR personnel.
- Develop training materials and identify training needs.
- Manage departmental metrics, HR dashboard, and regulatory reporting.
- Conduct system data analysis, audits, and trend reporting with recommendations.
Key Skills
Effective communication, technical troubleshooting, and data interpretation skills are essential. You must be capable of explaining complex technical language in a user-friendly manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years of HRIS experience, specifically with PeopleSoft HCM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.
- 4 or more years of related experience.
